Origin Story
Moringa has been used in traditional Sri Lankan medicine for centuries. In our food forest, moringa trees serve double duty—their deep roots improve soil structure and water retention while their leaves provide a continuous harvest of nutritional wealth.
Processing Method
Leaves are harvested in the early morning, washed with purified water, and shade-dried at temperatures below 40°C to preserve nutrients. The dried leaves are then stone-ground into a fine powder and immediately sealed.
